Notes:

Klaus Tenbergen must decline to testify until the $700.00 testimony minimum is paid.
Klaus Tenbergen must decline to travel until a travel advance (including tickets if appropriate) is paid.
Any unused portion of a travel advance is fully refundable.
The travel advance is not a per diem.
Klaus Tenbergen requires aisle, exit row or business/first class seating.

Terms:

Net 7 days from date of invoice. Overdue 2.0 % per month.

No fee will exceed $7,500.00 without prior discussion with the retaining agency. The fee is based on an hourly charge of $375.00 where a comprehensive examination, file review, appropriate literature review, and report writing takes 2.5 to 3.5 hours.

File Review: $375.00 minimum fee
Deposition: $700.00 minimum fee

The deposition fee covers two hour of deposition time in the Central California area. Depositions over one hour are billed at $375.00 per hour, pro-rated. Depositions out of the above area will be billed for travel time at $175.00 per hour, pro-rated.

Consulting Fee: $375.00 per hour

This fee is for activities such as conferences, literature research and on-site visits.

No Show fee: $500

Cancellation three or more business days in advance: $250.00
Cancellation less than three business days in advance: $500.00
Cancellation less than one business day in advance: $1,000.00

The above cancellation and no show fees may not be imposed for unusual circumstances, such as severe weather or verified illness. Case settlement will result in a fee of $1,000.00.
